This is the seepage flow homogenization analysis of a catalytic converter which uses redox to purify hazardous substances, such as automobile exhaust gases. It replaces the porous body with a homogeneous body by applying infiltration coefficient obtained by the numerical material test that was performed on the porous body in the converter.
