CYBERNET MALAYSIA AND THE VIETNAM-JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION CENTER FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY SIGN MOU 

The Two Organizations will Collaborate in Education, Scientific Research and Technology Transfer to Promote Digital Engineering.
 
Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur – February 28, 2024

CYBERNET SYSTEMS MALAYSIA SDN.BHD. (CSMY), announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Vietnam-Japan International Cooperation Center for Science and Technology (VJIC), an institute established under Le Quy Don Technical University (LQDTU) in Vietnam to perform international cooperation tasks.

Under this agreement, CSMY and VJIC aim to collaborate in joint research, and education projects, including workshops, conferences, and seminars to promote digital engineering technologies such as Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) among industry and academic communities in Vietnam.

The signing ceremony was held on the 11th of January 2024 at LQDTU in Ha Noi. Assoc. Prof., Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dinh, the Director of VJIC hosted the CSMY delegation led by Mr. Takashi Sakakibara, the Chief Operations Officer. The two parties also discussed the post-event progress of the "Simulation Day" seminar held at LQDTU in November last year, which was organized by VJIC on behalf of CYBERNET.

During the discussions, CSMY and VJIC agreed to organize another simulation seminar in March 2024. The attendance of the proposed event will be exclusively for the members of the Vietnam Association of Mechanical Enterprises (VAMI).
