Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur – November 14, 2024 – Cybernet Systems Malaysia Sdn.Bhd. (CSMY) today announced that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE), a leading university in Vietnam, and Long Vu Trading & Service Co, Ltd, a renowned information technology vendor based in Ho Chi Minh City. They will collaborate on a variety of initiatives aimed at fostering digital engineering technology introduction to elevate academic research and shaping up student’s future.
CYBERNET is a leading CAE company headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, established in 1985. CYBERNET Malaysia, caters to their customers in the ASEAN region by offering strong localized support. As a Channel Partner of Ansys, they provide CAE solutions and services to a broad spectrum of organizations, including manufacturing companies, universities, and research institutes.
Mr. Takashi Sakakibara, COO and the Technical Director of CYBERNET Malaysia, expressed his pleasure and shared his thoughts after signing the MoU by saying,

During the signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chau Dinh Thanh, Vice Principal of HCMUTE also shared his views about the new collaboration.
“Support from the industry will help students access advanced technologies, improve the quality of education, and contribute to the sustainable development of the university”.
As the first step of this collaboration CYBERNET Malaysia pledged to provide free Ansys engineering simulation software licenses to over 200 students in the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Vehicle and Energy Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering, and the Faculty of Applied Sciences at HCMUTE. This will enable them to achive innovative and advanced results during thier accademic research and empower lecturers to improve the quality of teaching and training in the fields of engineering and technology.This initiative is fully supported by Anys, Inc., while Long Vu will assist the installation and local support.
