CYBERNET MALAYSIA Sign up with the Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology for Collaboration.

CYBERNET MALAYSIA and MJIIT aim to share their knowledge and resources to increase digital engineering awareness among students and promote technological advancement in education.

Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur – June 10, 2024

CYBERNET SYSTEMS MALAYSIA SDN.BHD. (CSMY), today announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Malaysia-Japan International Institute of Technology (MJIIT – Located at the University Teknologi Malaysia), to strengthen the industry-academia collaboration between them.

CSMY and MJIIT have been working together for several years to cultivate Digital Engineering utilization among young engineers. The idea of an MoU was first discussed when a group of delegates from CYBERNET Japan and CYBERNET MALAYSIA visited MJIIT in April 2023. On that day, they signed an initial agreement paving the way to further discussions and collaboration. In June 2023, they jointly organized a seminar themed “Simulation Day” with the participation of over hundred students and researchers.

Under the new MoU, CSMY and MJIIT plan to elevate their relationship, by engaging in joint research activities, technical cooperation, and promoting Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) education.
