CAD & CAE Engineer
We would like to hear from you if you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Machinery, with a minimum of 3-years of experience related to CAD/CAE in the manufacturing industry.
- CAD experience: PTC Creo or other 3D CAD software.
- CAE experience: Ansys or other engineering simulation software (mainly structural simulation).

Job Description
Providing customer support for CAD & CAE products, while leveraging your knowledge and experience to achieve the company's business growth across the SEA region.
Responsibilities
- Providing pre-sales and post-sales support and engineering services for CAD & CAE software products.
- Understanding customers' application requirements and providing solutions.
- Conducting technical presentations/demonstrations/seminars/product training, providing software application support and engineering services.
- Support setting-up, inspection, and testing of new software/hardware at customer locations to ensure proper installation.
- Working as a team with field sales personnel, identifying and providing reliable solutions for all technical issues to assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Ensure smooth and timely communication between sales and engineering teams.
- Other duties as required by the management, including but not limited to travelling and supporting customers within the SEA region.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Technically competent, sales-oriented, results-driven, and customer-oriented.
- Business-level proficiency in English language.
- Has the ability to prioritize work/multitask, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision.
- Adaptable to different environments/platforms, while working under pressure.

Job Description
The CAD Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing customer service, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Creating a strong pipelines of customers (direct and appointed agents) and new businesses
- Building rapport with existing/new customers/appointed agents, analyze customers needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Pro-actively generate leads via visits in person, telephone calls, emails, etc.
- Work hand-in-hand with the technical team.
- Participation in seminars, workshops, trade shows, etc. as and when necessary to gain product knowledge, and to create sales opportunities/networking, etc.
- Reporting to superiors as instructed (day-to-day basis, regular sales activity reports etc.)
- Other duties as required by the management, including but not limited to travelling and supporting customers within the SEA region.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Ability to plan and manage Marketing activities.
- Strong negotiations and communication skills.
- Proven track record in account management.
- Business-level proficiency in English language.
- Has the ability to prioritize work/multitask, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a team.
- Adaptable to different environments/platforms, while working under pressure.
- Experience in the engineering or technology industry is a plus (mainly CAD products, PTC Creo, Sigmetrix Cetol).
