Kuala Lumpur, March 11, 2026 — CYBERNET partnered with Airboard Technology to showcase the latest Ansys advanced multiphysics analysis solutions for semiconductor applications at the Asia Photonics Expo (APE 2026), held from February 4–6, 2026, at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore. This marks CYBERNET’s third consecutive year participating in the Asia Photonics Expo, demonstrating the company’s ongoing commitment to advancing photonics and semiconductor innovation.
CYBERNET demonstrated how Ansys multiphysics simulation solutions enable engineers to integrate optical, thermal, and electromagnetic analyses within a unified workflow. These technologies support the design and optimization of next-generation semiconductor and photonics systems used in data centers, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC).
During the event’s Advanced Semiconductor Manufacturing Forum on February 5, Albert Wong, Technical Manager and Ansys Specialist at CYBERNET SYSTEMS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD., delivered a presentation titled “Designing High-Performance Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) with Photonic and Multiphysics Simulation.” The session explored how multiphysics simulation can address key challenges in CPO design, including optical coupling efficiency, thermal management, signal integrity, and packaging constraints.
CYBERNET showcased several Ansys simulation solutions for semiconductor and high-technology industries, highlighting how integrated simulation can accelerate development, reduce design risks, and improve system performance.
